I require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment otherwise there is incurred a cancellation fee of 50% of the full cost. I reserve the right to cancel a reading and/or healing prior to delivery with a full refund. Upon purchase and delivery, no refunds can be requested. You are confirming your agreement to these Terms & Conditions notice period and any costs incurred by continuing with your purchase.

Before a healing session or reading can take place, you must confirm that there is no mental, emotional or physical reason that you should not be able to participate and also that you are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I reserve the right to cancel a session if necessary, wherein a full refund will be provided if you have already paid.

As my client, you will always be treated with the utmost respect and integrity. Confidentiality is an underpinning principle and you can be assured that all personal data and information will be kept safe, complete and private at all times, both during a healing and/or coaching sessions and for a minimum of six years afterwards.

By law, I have to advise that psychic and mediumship readings are for entertainment purposes only and no specific results can be guaranteed.
